Kids & Youth

Can I register my kids when I get to Conference?

Our Kids and Youth leaders have prepared exciting activities for your children during Conference. Ensuring they are registered in the appropriate program before Conference makes a smooth registration process for you all. It also helps us gauge the ratio of leaders required for the kids if you register early (Note: Kids and Youth programs begin on Tuesday 20th April for the opening night rally.)

Conference Program

What is the program for the ACC27 Conference?

We have freshened up the Conference program in 2027, to give delegates plenty of time and opportunity to enjoy the conference experience. Mornings will be free for delegates, to avoid the Sydney peak hour traffic, so you can leisurely make your way to venue, either for or after lunch. The Wednesday and Thursday Conference sessions will start at 2pm, with an afternoon tea break and longer break for dinner before the evening meetings.
A basic program will be provided on the Conference website to help you plan your travel times to and from the venue.

When do I need to arrive on site for the start of Conference?

Conference starts with the opening night rally on Tuesday 20th April. We would recommend you plan to arrive that afternoon to complete your registration, familiarise yourself with the facilities and check in your children. There will be a variety of international food trucks and coffee carts on site for you to purchase an early dinner and gather with family and friends on the first night.

Masterclasses

Do I need to register for Masterclasses?

A selection of Masterclasses will be held at 11am – 12.30pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Delegates will have the option to arrive earlier than the 2pm start of conference to attend these. You will be able to purchase lunch at the food trucks or at the local dining options before the 2pm start of the Conference program on 21st and 22nd April.

*The list of Masterclasses will be released once they are confirmed and allocated venues.
